Ursula is a director and facilitator from Kildare.
She creates work for all audiences, but specialises in creating work for/with young people and children. Storytelling, collaborative process and exploring the magic in the mundane are at the core of her practice.
Recent assisting credits include King Lear by William Shakespeare (Roxana Silbert, Gate Theatre 2025), A Streetcar Named Desire by Tennessee Williams (Cathal Cleary Productions, December 2024).
Recent directing credits include The Haunting of Gusty Nook by Peter Dunne (Axis Theatre, October 2024), In Real Life by Erica Murray (Abbey Theatre, tour of Dublin schools, 2024), Dog Shit by Bellaray Bertrand-Webb (Theatre 592, July 2024 & Dublin Fringe 2023) and Suzy Storck by Magali Mougel (Smock Alley Theatre, April 2024).

Ursula is Artistic Director of Bombinate Theatre, an award-winning theatre company, creating plays and workshops for families and young children.
Ursula was a 2023-2024 recipient of the Irish Arts Council's Next Generation Award.
Ursula was an associate artist and facilitator with Run of the Mill Theatre company in Kildare.
From 2021 - 2022, she was the Artistic Director for PlayActing Youth Theatre in Kildare.
Ursula has a MFA in Theatre Directing from the Lir Academy and a BA in Drama and Theatre Studies from Trinity College Dublin. She is an alumna of Dublin Youth Theatre.
She is the part-time administrator for Theatre for Young Audiences Ireland a resource organisation for artists making work for children.
